  • Our personal approach at KINONA studio is designed to be accessible for all levels of pilates practitioners. We recommend getting to class a bit early and letting your instructor know you are a beginner. They will be happy to provide you with extra attention and modifications throughout your class!

    If there is something specific you are looking to address and want more one on one time, ask us about booking a private session at KINONA!

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early for your class. This applies to all our Pilates reformer private classes or group sessions.

  • All of our instructors have been trained in making modifications as needed for pre/postnatal students.

    Please be sure to share with your instructor prior to class that you are pre/postnatal so we can best accommodate you.

    In your first trimester, you won’t need any modifications. In your second or third trimester, your KINONA instructor will modify it for you.

    If you want more one on one time or modifications, we are happy to help you book a private session with an KINONA instructor! 

  • We’re always working to accommodate as needed to support all of our students. If you have an injury, text us on INstagram with any questions. With certain injuries, we may recommend starting with a private session to give you personalized attention.

    Please be sure to share any injuries with your instructor prior to class so we can best modify for your injury. KINONA may decline class entry for injury and other safety concerns. 

CLASSES ATTENDING AND CANCELLATION

  • If you need to cancel, please be sure to do so online at least 24 hours before class time for a group class and 24 hours before for your private class.

    If you cancel less than 24 hours for a group class and 24 hours for a private class your credit won’t be refunded. 

    If you do have to make a late cancellation, please make sure you do so online to make the spot available for someone on the waitlist. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Make sure you plan your time ahead to make it on time to the studio! Please arrive 5 minutes before class to make sure we check you in and introduce you to our studio & equipment. 

    Pilates grip socks are MANDATORY in the studio, for safety and hygienic reasons. We want you to enjoy your session from start to end!

    If you happen to forget your socks, you can buy some un studio.

    Kinona is a place to elevate your self-care routine. That's why we would like to ask you to put your phones on silent mode as you enter the studio to ensure no disruption during your class.
